Adult Swim Lessons

If you’ve never had a swim lesson or are afraid of the water, STRIDE instructors can get you comfortable with swimming, and even have you achieving milestones along the way! Adult swim lessons at STRIDE Aquatics are one hour in length, and are available for any experience level, as we truly cater to the needs of the individual student.
